Thank you for this thoughtful response. I’m glad the distinction between practice, ritual, and rhythm resonated. In my own journey, I’ve come to see that what I call a “sustainable cadence” is really another way of naming my fidelity to Christ—or better yet, maybe just a simple expression of it.
Finding the "natural fit" is so much of what apprenticeship seems to be!
